I rediscovered my love of geraniums while on a visit to the small sea-side town of Goolwa in South Australia. A lively farmers and craft market was set up along the foreshore and a beautiful collection of locally grown flowers and plants caught my eye. This illustration is based on the delicate pink rose geraniums that I purchased that lovingly lived in my garden for many years. On the same trip, there was a flurry of lady bugs in the area, so naturally they made an appearance.
