Lauren developed a series of drawing video tutorials, downloadable templates, and a live virtual workshop for the Unley Libraries. She was very collaborative in sharing her knowledge and tailoring the content to our target audience. She presented herself and her work so professionally and made the whole process run perfectly smoothly. The way she structured the workshop really broke the drawing process down into manageable pieces for students, explaining things clearly, giving encouraging feedback, and allowing the young artists to ask questions. Most importantly she made it interactive and fun by giving the opportunity for students to contribute their ideas and share their work.

The printed canvases arrived today and the girls got to see their bedtime stories come to life. They were SO excited, it was a fantastic surprise. Thank you so much again, we all LOVE it! We've been telling stories and playacting pirate adventures all afternoon now. I hope it never stops.

Lauren inspired the students to create character images using techniques involving identifying words associated with emotions, character shapes that can be used to represent personalities, how construction lines are used to draw a character, and representing characters visually based on their roles within plots.
